9 Cedar Lane is a large holiday house, overlooking the glorious coastline of Jeffrey’s Bay.

This spacious and practical 4 bedroom property is ideal for a large family or group, sleeping 8 people. The elevated position affords excellent sea views and it is only 200m to the beach. A short drive to all local amenities means this is perfectly situated for all your holiday accommodation requirements.  There is off road parking. This is the perfect location for surfers. The fantastic, large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy food, parties, sunbathing and surf checks.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has its own en suite with a choice of bath or shower. The master bedroom is comfy and spacious with views to the balcony and the sea. It offers built in wardrobes for plenty of storage space and a vanity desk with a large mirror.

Dining Area / Kitchen

This house offers a good sized practical kitchen, including microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen area from the spacious dining area that has double glass sliding doors out on to the patio at the front and the grass at the back. A large wooden table gives ample seating for 8 people indoors. Mostly we eat outside, using the patio furniture, overlooking the sea.

Lounge

The lounge has windows with a sea view, 2 sofas and an armchair in comfy cream leather. Cosy and comfortably furnished, this is a great place to relax and watch a movie after a hard day on the beach.
